You’d be surprised to learn I didn’t become real estate professional just for selling houses. In fact, I fell in love with it by building my own wealth creation real estate portfolio, right from buying our first home. The calling was strong to share my real estate investment strategy within my network of people like you.

If you include all the years I bought and sold my own properties all over the San Francisco Bay Area, then you could say I’ve been in real estate for 17 years. But it certainly became a passion right after my first home sold, doubled from our purchase price.

Right now, I live in San Mateo, but I’ve lived San Francisco Bay Area since I moved to California. And I’ve been inside homes and studied every local market in my neighborhood area.

I love and enjoy food, travel and learning different cultures. I’m happy to prepare healthy meals for my family, travel around, and meet people with diverse background.

For 12 years, I’ve advised local businesses, giving my time to local schools and a UC Berkeley Scholarship Program.
